Test Preparations

Exam Preparation/ English Courses

IELTS is the world’s most popular English testing system and it is ideal for people who wish to enter a British University. It is the most popular method used in the UK to assess an applicant’s English language ability, for either entry to an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. It is also very popular with students who need a proven level of English for work and career purposes.

As well as improving your all-round competence in English and vital exam tactics, the IELTS course for exam preparation in London also focuses on academic skills and learning strategies that will help in later higher education: for example, how to research projects in a library, and giving your opinion in a seminar. Our IELTS courses in London include intensive group courses and combination courses of the group and private tuition.

ESOL courses are for people whose first language is not English and are resident, or permanently settled, in the UK. We have courses at all levels from Entry 1 (for beginners) up to Level 1. We run classes at our centre. Courses are available in the morning, afternoon, late afternoon, evening and Saturdays. All courses offer the opportunity to take external qualifications (e.g. Trinity, EMD, EDI) and tutors will advise the students as appropriate.

We will develop students’ English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and improve their vocabulary and grammar. Students will learn basic computer skills combined with ESOL learning, including different computer programs and use of video and digital cameras, which contains a lot of information and activities.

Trinity College London E1&E3

The Trinity College London exams are internationally recognised and those provide employers and some academic institutions with a clear notion of the level of English. A standard course will prepare the student for the exam, looking at an exam skill (i.e. skimming and scanning a text for details), past papers and vocabulary expansion. An intensive course will include the morning exam preparation and during the afternoon, the student will concentrate on improving your general English knowledge, in particular speaking and listening skills.
